Privacy Policy

Effective August 1, 2026. Applies to Discord applications operated by Grand Media ("our bots"), including The Creator Archives.

1. What we collect

The bots process the following data, only inside servers where they are installed:

• Discord identifiers: user IDs, usernames, role and channel IDs.
• Onboarding submissions: information you type into an application form (such as name, self-reported earnings, and social accounts), stored so server staff can review your application.
• Moderation records: warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, and automatic moderation events, with the reason and the moderator involved.
• Ticket transcripts: messages in ticket channels are saved as a transcript when a ticket closes.
• Log events: message edit and delete events, joins and leaves, role changes, and voice channel activity, when a server enables logging.

2. What we do not collect

The bots do not sell data, do not use data for advertising, and do not read messages outside the servers they are installed in. Message content is processed transiently for auto-moderation and logging only.

3. Storage and retention

Data is stored in a private database on our hosting provider (Railway) and retained while it remains useful for server administration. Ticket transcripts and moderation records are kept until deleted by server staff or by us.

4. Sharing

Data is visible only to the staff of the server it belongs to, through Discord and through our private staff dashboard. If a server enables it, onboarding submissions may also be copied to a spreadsheet controlled by that server's staff. We do not share data with anyone else except as required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting the staff of the server where you used the bot. Deletion requests are honored unless a record is needed for server safety (for example, an active ban).

6. Children

The bots are for users who meet Discord's minimum age requirements.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
