Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026. Applies to Discord applications operated by Grand Media ("our bots"), including The Creator Archives.

1. What the bots do

Our bots provide server utilities inside Discord servers that install them: ticket and onboarding systems, moderation tools, automatic moderation, activity logging, and related features. By using a server where one of our bots operates, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the bots to break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, to harass others, or to disrupt the services. Server staff decide how bot features are configured in their server.

3. Availability

The bots are provided as-is, without warranties. We may add, change, or remove features, or suspend service, at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or feature changes.

4. Moderation actions

Warnings, timeouts, kicks, and bans issued through the bots are decisions of the server's staff, not of Grand Media. Disputes about a moderation action should be raised with that server's staff.

5. Termination

We may block any user or server from the bots at our discretion, including for abuse of the services.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the bots after an update means you accept the revised terms.
